Great equipment still underperforms if it's sized wrong for the Thornton property. We start with actual measurements, not a tonnage guess.
Many comfort issues go back to sizing decisions made years earlier. Assessment comes before equipment selection, every time.
Standards we hold on every job.
We calculate room by room, so equipment matches the home.
Permits get pulled, install follows current Thornton, CA code, not shortcuts that cause resale headaches.
Labor is warrantied separately from the manufacturer's equipment coverage, on top of manufacturer coverage.
New equipment gets matched to evaluated ductwork, not just bolted onto whatever's there.
From assessment to final inspection.
We measure insulation, window exposure, orientation, and square footage to land on the correct equipment size.
We recommend based on load data, not upsell pressure.
We test and correct ductwork to match new equipment's airflow needs.
We confirm the home can support the new system before scheduling.
Includes equipment placement, line sets, drainage, and startup commissioning to confirm performance.
We handle permits and coordinate the final inspection so it's documented and code-compliant, useful if you ever sell the property.
What to expect on an install project.
An in-person assessment gets scheduled.
Assessment equipment arrives on-site for a room-by-room walk.
The quote reflects real load numbers, with a few efficiency tiers to choose from, based on actual data.
We install, commission, and back the labor with a written warranty once the job's done.
